Who can use a satellite clinic?

The Stoke satellite service is available to all patients, both NHS and self-funding, undergoing fresh IVF, frozen embryo replacement cycles, intra-uterine insemination and donor insemination.

What appointments can take place at the Stoke satellite?

  • Pre-treatment scans
  • Blood tests
  • Monitoring scans throughout treatment
  • Pregnancy viability scans

All consultations are currently being carried out remotely, reducing the need for extra clinic visits.

How will using the satellite affect my treatment?

The aim of the satellite service is to make treatment more convenient for you.

Our Stoke satellite is staffed by a highly experienced team. Our nurses and clinicians also work in Nurture Fertility, ensuring the same good communication and an excellent standard of care. Appointments are conducted in line with Nurture Fertility protocols.  All scan and blood test results are sent to the main clinic where the decisions about your treatment are made. This ensures your chances of success are the same whether you choose to have your appointments in our Stoke satellite unit or at Nurture Fertility, our main clinic in Nottingham.
