What happens next?
– A member of our administration team will be notified of a new referral and will register you the same day.
-Once you are registered you will automatically be set up on our online portal system and you will then receive an initial contact email detailing how to log on to this. If coming through with a partner, both yourself and your partner will have your own individual portal accounts.
– The portal is an online secure platform which will allow you to complete your Medical Health Questionnaire, Zika and Ebola form, view documents, ask questions and view your drug regimes.
– Once all forms have been completed and submitted on individual portal accounts, you can call the unit where you wish to book your initial appointments.
